Doctors didn't believe I could reverse lupus but I did!

You wake up tired—even after a full night’s sleep. You push through the fatigue, pain, and stiffness. You reread the same email because your brain won’t cooperate, and wonder whether today’s plans will leave you paying for it tomorrow. You wonder if this is just the "new normal."

I understand because I lived with those same symptoms for more than 25 years while navigating SLE lupus, Raynaud's, chronic inflammation, and other serious health challenges.

Now I support women with chronic stress, chronic inflammation, and chronic health challenges through nutrition and lifestyle strategies to help reduce pain, stiffness, fatigue, brain fog, flare management and gut repair.

If you're living with an autoimmune disease: lupus, rheumatoid arthritis, MS, Sjogren's, Hashimoto's, or another health condition and you're looking for a more holistic approach to support your health, you're in the right place.

Together, we'll focus on sustainable  strategies that support your body's natural healing processes and help you feel more like yourself again.

REAL WOMEN, REAL RESULTS

Hear From Women Who Have
Transformed Their Health

Lost 25 lbs in 8 weeks · Skin cleared · Energy returned · Lab work trending right

"When I was diagnosed with lupus, I was already dealing with low energy, constant aches and pains, extra weight, and poor eating habits that left me feeling overwhelmed and stuck. My doctor warned me that without drastic changes, I'd be facing multiple medications and serious treatments since my kidney function was already showing signs of trouble. I was nervous at first—wondering if I could actually stick with it or if this would just feel like another restrictive diet—but Amy's supportive, step-by-step coaching made the process feel doable and empowering. Within 8 weeks, I lost 25 pounds, my skin cleared and started glowing, my energy returned, and my lab work keeps trending in the right direction. What I love most is that this isn't just about the weight—it's about reclaiming my confidence, my health, and my life. Working with Amy has been one of the best decisions I've ever made."

When my cardiologist warned me that I had to make a change, I joined Amy's 5-day challenge, which led to her 12-week program—and I've never looked back. I've lost weight, my bloodwork improved, I haven't been sick in over a year, and my sisters call me the energetic bunny. Amy helped me reclaim my confidence, my health, and my life—I can't recommend her program enough!"

HAVE QUESTIONS?

Frequently Asked Questions

Nutrition and lifestyle changes can support women living with autoimmune disease by helping nourish the body, promote steady energy, and build health-supportive routines. My coaching complements—not replaces—medical care and focuses on practical education around food, sleep, stress regulation, movement, and sustainable habits.

Food categories that may support a healthy inflammatory response include leafy green and cruciferous vegetables, colorful fruits and vegetables, fiber-rich whole foods, legumes, healthy fats, and herbs and spices. The most useful place to begin depends on your health history, digestive tolerance, lifestyle, and current eating habits.

Fatigue, body aches, and brain fog can have many possible causes, including chronic stress, poor-quality sleep, inconsistent nourishment, or an underlying health concern. These symptoms deserve medical evaluation. Nutrition and lifestyle coaching can then help you examine everyday patterns that may be affecting how you feel.

If you have possible signs of chronic inflammation despite normal test results, continue discussing your symptoms with your medical provider. You can also begin looking at the bigger lifestyle picture—including nutrition, sleep, stress, movement, and daily routines. A focused strategy session can help you identify realistic priorities without trying to change everything at once.

Gut health and immune function are closely connected because much of the body’s immune activity is associated with the gastrointestinal system. Food variety, fiber, stress, sleep, medications, and other factors can influence the gut environment. Supporting gut health is one part of a broader nutrition and lifestyle approach—not a stand-alone cure or treatment.

Chronic stress can affect sleep, digestion, energy, muscle tension, food choices, and how strongly the body perceives discomfort. For women with autoimmune disease or chronic inflammation, stress regulation can be an important part of whole-person support alongside nutrition, movement, restorative sleep, and appropriate medical care.

No. You do not need to follow a completely plant-based diet to work with me. I teach a plant-powered approach that helps women add more nutrient-dense whole plant foods in ways that fit their preferences, health considerations, and daily lives—without requiring perfection or an all-or-nothing label.

As a holistic nutrition coach, I do not prescribe individualized therapeutic meal plans. Instead, I teach flexible meal-building, planning, shopping, and batch-preparation strategies so you can make informed choices that work with your schedule, preferences, energy, and goals.

Yes. Nutrition and lifestyle coaching can complement medical care by helping you understand and practice supportive daily habits. It does not diagnose conditions, prescribe treatment, or replace advice from your physician or registered dietitian. When needed, I encourage clients to discuss nutrition and lifestyle changes with their healthcare professionals.

The 30-Day Plant-Powered Transformation offers a guided starting point, the 90-Minute Strategy Session focuses on a specific concern, and the 12-week Healing Pathways Roadmap provides deeper education, guidance, and accountability. If you are unsure where to begin, schedule a Connection Call so we can discuss the best fit.
